By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Ryan Yockey. Messages include daily morning check-ins and end-of-day review prompts. Message frequency: up to 15 messages per business day, Monday through Friday. Reduced volume on weekends.

2. CONSENT
You are not required to consent as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Your consent is voluntary and applies only to this SMS program.

3. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan.

4. HOW TO OPT OUT
Text STOP to the number from which you receive messages. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
